Gerber file is the standard photoplot file for PCB circuit pattern production, which records all graphic data of each layer of PCB, including wiring, pads, vias, solder mask, silk screen and solder layer; NC file (Numerical Control file) is the numerical control drilling and routing file dedicated to PCB mechanical processing, which records the position, aperture, hole type and board edge routing path of all drilling holes on the PCB. The generation process of Gerber+NC files based on PCB clone is based on the accurate reverse restoration of the original PCB sample. Professional drilling analysis software identifies all hole types on the PCB, including through holes, blind holes, buried holes, positioning holes, mounting holes and process holes, and classifies and sorts them according to aperture size and processing sequence. The NC file records the precise X and Y coordinate positions of each hole, drilling depth, drilling aperture, spindle speed and feed rate parameters, and matches the standard numerical control drilling machine processing format. At the same time, the NC routing file is generated according to the PCB outline shape, which defines the board edge cutting path, cutting depth and tool parameters, ensuring that the outline size and shape of the produced PCB are completely consistent with the original sample.
The generated Gerber+NC file set has complete production practicability and industrial compatibility, and can be directly delivered to PCB manufacturing factories for plate making, drilling, routing, solder mask printing, silk screen printing and other full-process production without secondary modification.
