Air purifiers are widely used in household, commercial office, medical, and industrial purification scenarios. With the upgrading of intelligent purification technology, modern air purifiers integrate air quality detection, automatic purification, intelligent wind speed adjustment, timing control, APP remote control, and air sterilization functions, which puts forward higher requirements on the intelligence, sensitivity, and stability of the core control PCB circuit board. In the original design of air purifier PCB, we focus on the optimization of sensor signal acquisition and intelligent control circuit. The air purifier needs to real-time collect environmental air quality data such as PM2.5, formaldehyde, TVOC, and temperature and humidity. We independently design high-precision sensor signal processing circuits, optimize signal filtering and amplification technology, effectively improve the accuracy and sensitivity of air quality data collection, avoid data distortion and detection delay, and ensure that the equipment can accurately identify environmental air quality changes and automatically adjust purification modes. For the intelligent wind speed regulation function, we optimize the stepless speed regulation circuit of the fan, realize smooth switching of multiple wind gears, reduce fan operation noise and power consumption, and improve the user experience of the equipment.
Aiming at the long-term continuous operation characteristics of air purifiers, we optimize the low-power consumption and anti-aging design of the circuit board. We adopt low-power chip matching circuit scheme, reasonably optimize the circuit power consumption distribution, reduce the no-load power consumption and standby power consumption of the equipment, achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction, and conform to the energy-saving and environmental protection standards of household and commercial electrical appliances. The circuit board adopts anti-oxidation and anti-aging material technology, which can adapt to long-term continuous operation, avoid circuit failure and functional degradation caused by long-term startup, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the purifier. At the same time, we add overload protection, voltage stabilization, and anti-static circuits to ensure that the equipment can operate stably in complex household power supply environments and avoid equipment damage caused by power supply fluctuation and static interference.
